The program builds on existing skills of participants through systemic team coaching processes and tools to create deeper understanding of creating results.
The program is experiential and encourages participants to apply the learnings through short assignments post each webinar.
Completion of program is considered post submission of all the assignments and presentation of learnings by the team through application on a real team.
